Maternity Photos
So my sister-in-law Katelyn and my brother Chad were here Saturday morning and left Sunday morning... While they were here Katelyn was AWESOME and took my Maternity Photos! So here are the edited ones....

GAHHHH....
So right now it is 1:30am and I am STILL hacking up a lung... I am not able to sleep... I WANT TO but the constant coughing is keeping me awake and then there is also the fact that Charlie snores no matter what position he is laying in! I have had this cough for maybe a week now and I want it to just leave me alone and to take its friend, runny nose, with it!
My OB had told me two days ago that I could take Robitussin (without the additives) and I could also take Benadryl which makes me drowsy! I took it about at hour ago and I am feeling it now but I am still hacking up my lung so I think that in about 5 minutes I am going to take more robitussin and head to be!
I had my first Birthing Class today, well techinally it was suppose to be last tuesday but the instructor was out of town, I really enjoy my instructor! Her name in Karle and She is pregnant and due in October! But today she was telling me stories (since I was the only one in class) about two ladies and epidurals...
One being about a lady who had her mind set on not having one because her mother-in-law told her that women who got them never experienced childbirth and were not really mothers but this lady was set on not getting one... but because her blood pressure was so high and it was so dangerous and labor wasnt really progressing that she had to have one.... Karle saw her a couple days later and she said that she was so depressed and it was all because she had to have the Epidural
The second one is this lady was in labor and wanted the epidural but by the time that the Anesthesiologist got there that she had already had her baby.... the lady was in labor for ten minutes and had her baby... I guess to this day that if you ask that lady about that birth she gets sad because she didnt have her epidural....
I was like are you kidding I would rather feel the pain and have a ten minute delivery then have it drawn out and painful... and not to mention YOUR BABY I FINE....
SO now I am off to take some more Robitussin and see if I can sleep! I dont know what it is but I get this tickeling in my throat and sometimes I think that I am going to throw up but it is just a weird tickeling.. it is not acid reflux either...

So far....
So nothing that exciting has happened ... well not to me anyway! So since I found out that I have Gestational Diabetes and had to poke my finger 4 times a day, my poor little piggies have hurt but to their relief Dr. verBeek has told me that I only have to draw blood 2 times a day... Fasting and then one meal but lately my blood sugar has been a little high due to the fact that I was sick for the last 3 days!
I was suppose to have a doctors appointment June 6th, which happened to be my dad's birthday, but the week before that I thought that I was loosing part of my mucus plug and having contractions but now I realize they were just Braxton Hicks... so they called ad told me to come in, it was May 31, and they ran a test and told me that I had a "certain" infection.... but I have another appointment June 30th, my little brothers birthday, with which they shall test for Group Strep B and also see if I am dilating that way if I do have contractions they will be able to know if I am really in labor if I go in for contractions...
Two of my friends have recently had their babies... My friend Bridgette Kehrer had her daughter, Madison Rae who might I add is the cutest thing I have ever seen.... and Chrissy Turner had her little boy Daniel and HOLY CROW is he one of the cutest little boys that I have ever seen in all my life! Granted my little lamb will be the top cutest little boy that I have ever seen but I wont brag... :D
I am in the process of crocheting Liam a baby blanket and it seems to be taking forever... but I have no idea how to end it when the time comes?? hmmmm
I have half of one done for my niece Giana that I started forever ago! I made a blanket for my niece Adona(giana's older sister)when I went down to Vegas and first met Jena and Dave and the girls.. so I thought that I would make one for Giana which is only fair... now I have to also make one for my Nephew, who's due July 25... a week before me!

NNNNNNNOOOOOOO.....
So being home for a week now is a little weird, but thats okay I was practically gone for 3 weeks. As soon as I got home the OB called me and told me that I did not pass the 1 hour Glucose Test and that since I didn't that I had to come down for the 3 HOUR TEST!!!
Shoot me NOW!! I had my 28 week check with the OB and for once Dr. ver Beek didn't smell like old nasty coffee breath but that could be because I was leaning away from him. He measured my belly and told me that the growth was good and that I was gaining weight!! 5 Lbs. since the last visit! While he was measuring my belly I don't know if it was the pressure he was applying to my pelvis but I got to say DID NOT FEEL GOOD. He also told me that were I feel Liam at 99% of the time is me feeling his bum...
Then he told me that I needed to go down and do my 3 hour Glucose Test! So I went yesterday and was saddened that I got the Lemon Lime flavor (NASTY) instead of the Fruit Punch which would have been more manageable I think! I had the same lady drawing my blood for this test that I did for the last test and again she commented on how she bet I was the life of all the drinking parties cause I downed that crap like no bodies business!
So she took my blood before the drinking of the Nasty Crap proceeded, my fasting blood sugar I think.... then I drank the crap and waited for an hour. More blood drawing.... at 10:30, 11:30, 12:30 and then 1:30! I thought that they only draw it 3 times but NOPE it was 4 TIMES!!! Each time hurt a little more then the next!
When it was finally over I could finally EAT, I was so hungry after not eating for 17 hours! I had left over pizza, some peanuts, a banana, and a yummy Lemon Sour Cream Pie and it was delicious!! OH and about 3 glasses of milk!! I was so exhausted!!!
Then today at about 9:30 Sarah the manager of the womens clinic that I see the OB at calls and I know what she is going to tell me!! YUP I HAVE GESTATIONAL DIABETES!!!! I knew it!! She did tell me though that my blood sugar levels were not that high but that I need to meet with the Dietitian and that I will have to start checking my blood sugar 4 times a day.....
I just prey that it goes away after pregnancy. Charlie this morning is telling me that problems with having Gestational Diabetes and the effects it could have on Liam.... NOW WHY would you tell me those things! Its my first child don't try and scare the hell out of me with this medial talk! I did reply to him with "well then he will be oh so special just like you" hahahaha pay back!
Nah but I know that Liam Wiley will be the hottest thing coming this July (other then his cousin who is due 6 days before him) and it will be because he has got his mamma's looks!!! Oh and I have already betrothed him to Miss Madison Rae.... :D

So Today was the day that I left to come home to watch my sisters children while She, Her Husband and Her In Laws flew to London and then through out the next 3 weeks travel to Ireland, Scotland and France. My flight was at 1:55 pm and we left our apartment at about 8:00 or 8:30 in the morning..... which i thought was a good plan considering there was to be construction on the way there... I ended up getting to the airport in Portland about 11:15ish and i sat by my gate for a WHOLE 2 HOURS.... bored out of my mind and tired.
So as time drew on I finally boreded the plane at about 12:35 and was seated at the back of the plan next to a lady who I found out later on the plan was a nurse but not a delivery nurse as she said that "I hope you dont have that baby..." due to the crazy turbulance... the flight was boring but suprisingly fast and I remember landing and the pilot put on the breaks I had to put my hand on the seat in fornt of me... I looked at her and said "Well if I were in labor the baby would totally have SHOT out by now!"
My dad and my 2 nephews picked me up form the airport but not before I stood in the cold for a little bit, I got in the car and Micah SCREAMS so loud "BIRDIE".... hahaha I love that little boy. I went back with my dad to the house and hung out till me mom got home form work... first thing she does is rub my belly..... I LOVE MY MOMMY!!!! Then we came to jandre's house and my little brother stayed with us.....
